Stan Kleweno, Managing Member

Stan
is the Managing Member and Northwest-based Partner of Transpacific dK Investments,
LLC. He is primarily responsible for the investment activity of the
company. Core activities include the identification of the investments,
development of the investment strategy, direction and oversight of the
due diligence process, placement of the debt and equity, and closing
of the transaction. After the closing of the investment sale, Stan directs
the day-to-day operations of the investment and is responsible for the
asset management and client reporting and execution of the Asset Plan.
At the time the investment has achieved the plan, he executes the disposition
strategy. Prior to founding Transpacific Investments, LLC, Stan was
the Vice President of ASA Properties, a Hawaiian-based real estate investment
company with holdings in excess of $200M in the Pacific Northwest. At
ASA Properties he oversaw the asset management, property management,
leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions for the company from 1995 through
2001. He was also involved with Norris & Stevens, a Portland-based
real estate brokerage and management company as a leasing agent and
property manager. Stan graduated from Arizona State University.
Paul
deVille, Member

Paul
is primarily responsible for the investor relations and raising equity
for Transpacific dK Investments, LLC. Over the past 30 years, Paul has
directed the acquisition and disposition of over $500M worth of commercial
real estate in the Western United States. The culmination of his experience
in commercial real estate is best demonstrated by his successful orchestration
of a $100M investment sale of 12 assets in 2001. Additionally, Paul
has established real estate partnerships with private individuals, corporations,
and institutions. Paul was formerly the CEO of Hilo Hattie, the premier retailer of Hawaiian
apparel with outlets in Hawaii and the Mainland. Prior to the formation
of Transpacific Investments, Paul was the President of Persis Corporation
and its subsidiary, ASA Properties. In addition to the real estate activity
performed for ASA Properties, he directed the sale of the Honolulu Advertiser
to Gannett Corporation in a $250M sale of the asset. Paul was a CPA,
and graduated from Seattle University.
